The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Requests must be made within 3–5 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
Once your request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be returned via the original payment method

You can request an exchange if:
The product is damaged or incorrect
You want to replace it with another fragrance (subject to availability)
🚚 Shipping Costs
If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost
For personal preference exchanges, shipping charges may apply

Products without original packaging
Items purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged)
